If building something that matters alongside people who hold a high standard sounds better than a safe seat somewhere else, come build it with us.\nThe Opportunity\nSharp Performance is hiring an Events Coordinator to own the logistics behind every trade show and conference we attend, from contract to wrap-up, and to support our go-to-market team. You will report into Growth Marketing and work across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.\nOur field team's job is to book meetings and work the booth. Your job is to make sure everything around them is booked, shipped, and set up on time and on budget.\nThis role suits a seasoned organizer who likes owning the details end to end and wants to see their work show up on the show floor.\nWhat You'll Do\nBefore each event\nRegister the booth and team, and manage exhibitor deadlines, forms, and badge lists\nNegotiate and manage vendor contracts, tracking deposits, payment dates, and cancellation terms\nBuild and track a budget for each event\nOrder print materials, booth graphics, and giveaways, and ship everything the booth needs so it arrives on time\nBuild a Notion prep doc for each event with the schedule, booth setup instructions, staffing, meetings, and key contacts\nTravel and hospitality\nBook flights and hotels for the team\nMake restaurant reservations for customer dinners and team events\nAfter each event\nArrange return shipping and keep an inventory of booth materials\nReconcile invoices and expenses against the budget\nRecord costs and lessons learned to plan the next event better\nSpeaking engagements and GTM support\nFind and book speaking engagements for our Business Development team, a group of former public safety leaders who represent Sharp in the market\nKeep a shared calendar of upcoming events, deadlines, and speaking opportunities\nSupport go-to-market leaders with travel, scheduling, and logistics as needed\nWhat Success Looks Like\nEvery event runs on time and on budget, with no missed deadlines\nThe field team arrives to a booth that is ready and a prep doc they can rely on\nBusiness Development has a steady calendar of speaking slots\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou have 5 to 7 years of experience in event coordination, executive assistance, or both, including trade shows or conferences. Experience with events in public safety, government, or adjacent markets is a plus.\nYou also bring:\nExperience running several events at once with overlapping deadlines\nComfort negotiating with vendors and reading contracts\nExperience building and tracking event budgets\nExperience booking group travel and managing calendars for a busy team\nClear written communication, and the habit of documenting everything so others can follow it, ideally in Notion\nCalm under pressure when plans change the week of an event\nWhy You'll Want to Be Here\nYou will own how Sharp shows up in the market and work closely with the people we serve.
