You'll play a key role in developing financial reporting capabilities, improving data quality, enhancing systems, and driving automation initiatives that support better decision-making across the business.\nWorking closely with Finance, IT, and Data teams, you'll help transform how financial information is captured, analysed, and reported, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and meaningful insights.\nWhat You'll Be Doing Financial Reporting & Business Intelligence\nDevelop and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.\nProduce monthly management reports, group reporting submissions, and financial analysis.\nCreate recurring reports, reconciliations, and data extracts to support business requirements.\nSupport the development and maintenance of reporting solutions within SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, Microsoft 365 and Copilot.\nProvide valuable reporting and analytical support to finance stakeholders across the organisation.\nBudgeting, Forecasting & Planning\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes through robust reporting and data analysis.\nDevelop and maintain planning models, reporting templates, and supporting datasets.\nAssist with scenario modelling, trend analysis, and management information requirements.\nEnsure consistency and integrity of data used across budgeting and forecasting activities.\nFinance Systems & Data Management\nSupport the ongoing development and optimisation of Finance systems and reporting platforms.\nMaintain datasets, master data structures, reporting models, and data governance standards.\nCollaborate with Finance, IT, Data and European teams on reporting enhancements and system improvements.\nSupport testing, implementation, and validation of system upgrades and new functionality.\nContribute to key Finance transformation and digital improvement projects.\nP rocess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and finance processes.\nReduce manual intervention through the development of efficient reporting solutions.\nCreate and maintain process documentation and user guidance.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, and reporting quality.\nWhat We're Looking ForQualifications & Experience\nACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).\nExperience within a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems, Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting or Finance Transformation role.\nStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience using Power BI to create reporting and visualisation solutions.\nExperience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP.\nKnowledge of SQL or similar data extraction and reporting tools.\nExposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) would be beneficial.\nExperience supporting reporting automation, systems improvements, or finance transformation projects.\nSkills & Attributes\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAble to combine financial expertise with technical and systems knowledge.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical reporting
