This is not a role on the edge of things - it's as close to the center as it gets.\nThe Role\nYou are the face of Sharpist to our biggest clients in DACH. When they have a problem, you're the first call. When they grow with us, it's because of you. You own a portfolio of enterprise accounts outright - keeping them, growing them, and making sure the programs deliver. You'll go head-to-head with CHROs, L&D leads, and C-suite execs.\nMeeting them in person matters, so you'll travel to client HQs across the region around 30% of the time.\nThis is high-stakes, high-autonomy, and highly visible.\nHere's the split:\n70% - Account management and growth. You learn each client's business well enough to see the opportunity before they do.\nThen you build the case and grow the account. Relentlessly.\n30% - Running the programs and driving satisfaction.
