Rather than supporting a single team, interns will spend varying amounts of time working alongside and learning from Engineering, Research & Development, Sales, Field Operations, and business operations/fulfillment. This role provides hands-on experience with real engineering and technology-driven projects while offering a holistic view of how solutions are developed, sold, delivered, and supported-giving interns insight into how a growing company operates end-to-end, rather than functioning as a small part of a large organization.\nDuration: 10-12 weeks (Summer 2027) \nLocation: Alpharetta, GA or Chattanooga, TN (in-person preferred) \nCompensation: Paid internship (Hourly) \nMentorship, professional development, and capstone presentation at end of program. \nKey Responsibilities\nRotate through multiple departments to gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of Watershed Geo’s technologies.\nSupport engineering teams with design reviews, testing, data collection, and technical documentation.\nSpend time with inside and outside sales teams to understand solution development and customer engagement.\nParticipate in field operations to observe real-world application of engineered solutions.\nAssist research & development teams with product testing and innovation initiatives.\nEngage with business operations and fulfillment teams to understand project coordination and execution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.\nQualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \nExposure to engineering or design software (AutoCAD®, GIS, etc.) is a plus. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and
