Success in this role comes from developing people, driving results, and creating an environment where teams operate safely and efficiently.\nPosition Responsibilities\nLead a 3rd shift manufacturing team to produce quality carpet tile in an accident-free environment \nPartner with Plant Management, Human Resources, and team members to support daily operations and team success \nAct as a facilitator and coach, helping associates improve how they work together to achieve better results \nManage group and one-to-one discussions to provide feedback, set expectations, and drive accountability \nApply coaching, performance management, and corrective action when necessary \nCommunicate clear goals and direction to align team performance with plant objectives \nDrive a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement \nSupport and lead efforts to improve team performance and operational results \nDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of carpet manufacturing processes, tufting operations, and equipment \nFoster a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and accountability \nRequired Competencies\nInfluence Others \nDemonstrate Good Judgement
