School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of supervisory experience.\nDemonstrated success supervising employees and managing day-to-day operations\nStrong knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation compliance, and safety practices\nAbility to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nExperience working in a fast-paced operational environment\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities\nPreferred Qualifications\nTransportation, logistics, fleet, or distribution leadership experience\nExperience with transportation
