Ability to pull and relocate yarn. \nY Feed Operator - ability to break down yarn and load yarn onto a creel with different thread ups and blow yarn into a mobile x-creel. \nYarn Processing - the ability to print orders and operate an air entangled and twister machine to use a single denier yarn to make yarn of different denier sizes. \nMachine Operator - the ability to set up and operate all gauge group tufting machines with the ability to burn in mobile creels and perform necessary crossed and twisted end checks and operating all gauge group tufting machines with the ability to identify and eliminate shift chop and troubleshooting roller thread-up and other additional requirements which consist of and not limited to retrieving setup sheets, running predictor, updating specs and transferring samples and troubleshoot complex thread-up problems. \nRequirements\nConfidentiality, Honesty, Integrity, and Passion \nHigh School Diploma/GED \nPreferably Tufting/Warping machine experience \nOperate Lift Trucks (squeeze/fork/pole). \nFlexibility with hours (shift coverage)/workload (multitasking) \nServe on teams/committees as needed \nAssist in projects as needed \nComputer Aptitude \nWork assigned schedule \nAccept assignments that may require additional training \nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to travel between facilities \nMust be able to communicate with groups and individuals \nMust be able to stand for long periods of time, repetitiously lifting to 10+lbs and exposure to noise levels \nAttend seminars/classes \nWork in plant environment (heat, humidity, and cold) \nPreferred Skills\nDemonstrate full knowledge of and compliance with Company quality and good MFG practices policies and procedures. Review and ensure appropriate knowledge of and adherence to SMS - “Safety/Environment, Quality and TPM.
