Maintain and optimize process setups.\nGenerate capability studies and evaluate data driven VA/VE activities.\nLead VA/VE activities through ECR/ECO processes.\nWork with Launch group to review products held on Gateway and determine logical direction before releasing. Address process quality issues, determine causes and implement corrective actions. Create and modify operating procedures as necessary.\nMonitor engineering aspects of manufacturing process with the goal to continuously improve process capability and productivity. Communicate with internal/external resources.\nWork with Quality Department and Operations to solve internal and external customer rejections and raw material issues.\nEnsure manufacturing processes and procedures are followed. Update/create Work Instructions as necessary for efficiency improvements.\nPerform other related duties as required or as needed.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Textile, or other related field)\n0-4 years experience; manufacturing field a plus\nAble to work independently being self-motivated and in groups\nGood communicator\nKnowledge of statistics and Statistical Process Control.
