If you have a background in consulting in the SAAS industry or even better - marketing automation and data, this is the opportunity for you!\nFor those consultants in adjacent technologies that don’t have experience in the digital marketing industry - we are willing to teach and upskill candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.\nFrench speaking is a must for this particular hire. We are looking to expand our ability to service new and existing clients in France. Candidates should be expected to participate in both new business development as well as consulting work for existing clients.\nYour Responsibilities:As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be entrusted with solving problems and designing solutions for our prospective and existing clients. From addressing tactical challenges to overseeing the implementation of marketing-focused SAAS systems and integrations, you'll play a pivotal role in our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:\nLeading workshops and requirements gathering sessions for new projects.\nAssisting management in proposing solutions for prospective customers\nCollaborating closely with the wider technical team, delegating work, and ensuring smooth testing and implementation.\nWorking hand-in-hand with project managers and team leaders to scope and estimate projects.\nGetting hands-on with implementation and testing when necessary.\nProducing and approving comprehensive documentation at all project stages.\nArchitecting new marketing platforms and supporting solutions using various tools like CDPs (Tealium, Mparticle, Bloomreach, Amperity) and marketing automation tools (Iterable, Braze, Responsys, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot).\nAssisting clients on data engineering & analytics tasks for marketing purposes on tools like Databricks, Redpoint Data Management, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.\nDeploying multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, web, sms, etc.).\nConfiguring tag management solutions.\nActively contributing to process improvement, team knowledge, and documentation.\nWillingness to travel occasionally within Europe for work; especially in the UK, France and Hungary.\nSkills & Experience:\nMust Have:\nFluent in both French and English\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders\nBackground in designing and developing customer solutions within an enterprise SAAS platforms. Experience with onboarding clients to SAAS platforms is advantageous.\nA good understanding of data, databases, data manipulation and integration in the context of SAAS platforms\nAbility to anticipate client needs and propose appropriate solutions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in presenting to colleagues and client teams.\nThrives under pressure, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating enthusiasm and integrity.\nFamiliarity with web technologies, internet environments, email software, ecommerce, web analytics, APIs, and application service providers.\nNice to Have:\nExposure to at least one Digital Marketing Suite/Cloud platform (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Cordial, Bloomreach etc) OR Customer Data Platform (e.g. Tealium, Amperity, Hightouch etc) is a plus.\nKnowledge of digital marketing best practices across various channels (Email, SMS, Push) is advantageous.\nProficient in use of data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redpoint etc.\nExperience in deployment of pre built AI solutions for marketing tools\nPre-sales experience\nWhy Choose Shaw/Scott: At Shaw/Scott, we foster growth and development with extensive training and a supportive team.
