This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting staff and students, ensuring our technology services remain reliable, secure and effective.\nAs an IT Operations Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing a professional and responsive service to customers across multiple college sites. Working within the IT Helpdesk and Operations team, you will manage support requests, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently in line with agreed service levels.\nYou will support a broad range of technologies, including desktop and mobile devices, Apple products, audio-visual equipment, printers and core business applications.
