The role will also champion operational standardisation, managed service provider (MSP) governance, automation and the adoption of emerging network technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Enterprise Network Operations\nOversee enterprise network operations and performance across multiple countries, ensuring high network availability, SLA compliance and reduced service restoration times.\nProvide leadership, coaching and performance oversight to country-level enterprise network operations teams.\nAct as the escalation point for major incidents, persistent service issues and cross-market operational risks.\n2. Service Assurance and Incident Management\nEstablish and oversee centralised enterprise service assurance and proactive network monitoring.\nStandardise incident management, fault tracking, escalation procedures and priority handling for key enterprise customers.\nDrive proactive identification and resolution of network risks to minimise service disruptions.\n3. SLA Governance and Customer Experience\nDevelop and monitor SLA frameworks, performance reporting and service improvement plans.\nStandardise customer communication, trouble-ticket management and escalation processes.\nDrive continuous improvement in enterprise customer satisfaction and service delivery.\n4. Managed Service Provider Management\nEstablish governance frameworks for MSP performance, including SLAs, operational-level agreements (OLAs), audits and performance reviews.\nMonitor vendor performance against agreed service quality, availability and maintenance targets.\nImplement structured vendor accountability, including performance improvement measures and reward or penalty mechanisms.\n5. Process, Tools and Operational Excellence\nStandardise incident, problem, change management and preventive maintenance processes across operating markets.\nDrive harmonisation of network monitoring, ticketing, inventory management and reporting tools.\nEnsure compliance with operational standards, procedures and documentation requirements.\n6. Enterprise Products and Operational Readiness\nOversee the operational lifecycle of enterprise connectivity products and services, including MPLS, leased lines, fibre, satellite, fixed wireless access and IoT where applicable.\nEnsure new products and technologies are operationally ready before deployment.\nMaintain accurate enterprise network inventory and installed-base records.\n7. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with solution design, supply chain, network rollout, provisioning and sales teams to support seamless enterprise service delivery.\nOversee operational handovers and ensure delivery requirements are met before services transition into operations.\n8. People Leadership and Capability Development\nBuild and develop a high-performing enterprise network operations leadership team.\nStrengthen technical capabilities in IP networking, transmission, service assurance and vendor governance.\nDrive succession planning and the development of future-ready technical skills.\nKey Performance Indicators\nPerformance will be assessed against measures including:\nEnterprise network availability and fault-rate reduction.\nMean time to repair/restore (MTTR) and SLA compliance.\nReduction in repeat and chronic network incidents.\nProactive incident detection and major incident resolution.\nPreventive maintenance compliance.\nManaged service provider performance.\nAdoption of standardised operational processes and tools.\nEnterprise network inventory accuracy and operational readiness.\nCustomer satisfaction and reduction in service escalations.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.\nA master’s degree will be an added advantage.\n5-6 years of telecommunications experience, including hands-on experience in enterprise network operations.\nProfessional IP networking certification, such as CCNA, CCNP or an equivalent qualification.\nDemonstrable expertise in enterprise and mobile network operations, service assurance, IP and transmission networks.\nExperience managing large-scale, multi-vendor network environments across multiple countries or markets.\nStrong experience in managed service provider oversight, SLA management and commercial governance.\nKnowledge of network operations automation, advanced service assurance and analytics-driven operations.\nFamiliarity with cloud networking, Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and next-generation network technologies.\nStrong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix environment.\nStrong customer
