This role offers exposure to live customer deployments involving backbone, metro, access, data center, and customer-facing connectivity solutions within a telecom environment. You will collaborate closely with senior project managers and network engineering teams to streamline project planning, scheduling, risk management, tracking, and customer communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination: Coordinate project activities across technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer solutions.\nProgress Tracking & Documentation: Monitor project progress, track dependencies, update project plans, schedules, and trackers, and manage documentation and service records.\nAdministrative & Access Support: Assist in preparing site access requests, change requests, and implementation documentation.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement: Support customer communication, progress updates, service acceptance activities, and participate in incident or service-related project meetings.\nReporting: Support accurate and timely project status reporting and weekly stakeholder communication to management.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n100% project delivery within agreed timelines and defined scope.\n100% completion of customer surveys and project documentation.\n100% service configuration and readiness for customer handover.\nAccurate and timely management and project status reporting 100% of the time.\n100% customer acceptance and sign-off for delivered projects.\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.\nExperience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Projects, Network Operations, or NOC Operations.\nCertifications: CCNA or HCIA certification.\nCompetencies: Basic understanding of project management principles and project lifecycles;
