seamless equipment and inventory movement.\nKey Responsibilities\nInventory & Asset Management\n* Track and record all inventory movements (incoming, outgoing, and returned items) using official release documentation and digital systems.\n* Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconciliation, and audit reporting to maintain high inventory accuracy and prevent asset loss.\n* Enforce clear labeling, categorization, and secure storage protocols across all warehouse zones\nLogistics & Dispatch Coordination\n* Plan, organize, and schedule daily transport, driver assignments, and loading/unloading operations for timely deliveries and event/project setups.\n* Supervise field handling, transport safety, and secure packing to protect sensitive assets and materials during transit.\n* Oversee site/field returns, ensuring all dispatched gear, materials, and tools are fully accounted for upon return.\nWarehouse Operations & Safety\n* Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse facilities following standard safety and operational procedures.\n* Manage and guide warehouse staff, storekeepers, and handling crew for maximum daily productivity.\n* Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for transport vehicles and warehouse equipment.\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control, or logistics dispatch operations.\nTechnical Skills\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and inventory management software or ERP systems.\n Solid understanding of stock intake, property release processes, and dispatch logistics.\nCore Competencies\n* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.\n* Excellent organizational skills with strict attention to detail and zero tolerance for inventory discrepancy.\n* Strong communication skills in Amharic and English (both written and verbal).\n* Ability to work flexibly during peak operational demand or tight dispatch schedules.\nwhat we
