The Producer is responsible for the day to day execution of casting and talent booking for high volume ecommerce photo productions. This role partners closely with the Production Manager, Studio Manager, Design Teams, modeling agencies, talent, HMU, and Studio teams to ensure casting, booking, and shoot-related details are confirmed, communicated, and production ready. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and confident managing multiple bookings and shifting priorities. They bring strong industry relationships, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of commercial casting and talent trends\nJob Responsibilities \nProactively manage production needs and communicate with Design Teams, agencies, models, HMU, and Studio.\nCoordinate shoot dates, model availability, bookings, holds, confirmations, and production details within the overall production calendar.\nSupport casting, new face research, talent outreach, and in-person castings as needed.\nMaintain and update model catalogs and rate tables for new and existing talent.\nNegotiate model rates with agencies and talent within established budget guidelines.\nMaintain strong working relationships with modeling agencies through clear communication and timely follow-up.\nPrepare and send accurate call sheets and ensure production details are confirmed before shoot day.\nCoordinate with HMU to ensure artists are prepared for morning approvals and follow through on requested adjustments.\nManage multiple shoots and competing priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines.\nProactively identify and resolve potential production issues and communicate key updates to Management.\nMake decisions independently within established guidelines and escalate when needed.\nReview and process model, agency, HMU, and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.\nStay informed on fashion, commercial, and social media talent trends, including TikTok and Instagram talent ecosystems.\nIdentify and help onboard microinfluencers and emerging talent with commercial modeling potential.\nJob Requirements \n5+ years of experience with a modeling agency, ecommerce photo studio, fashion production team, or related role such as Associate Producer, Agent, Booker, or Casting Coordinator.\nStrong network of modeling agencies, talent contacts, and production resources.\nProven experience managing high volume model bookings and fast paced production schedules.\nStrong negotiation skills and budget awareness.\nAdvanced understanding of model usage, booking agreements, contracts, rates, and agency processes.\nDeep understanding of fashion industry trends, commercial casting, and evolving talent directions.\nStrong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram talent ecosystems, including the ability to identify microinfluencers with commercial modeling potential.\nAbility to translate and navigate creative pitch decks related to talent and overall brand aesthetic.\nExceptional organization, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving
