Works on highly complex projects and provides technical leadership for junior personnel.\nPay Grade: 55\nSalary Commensurate with Experience and Education\nMinimum Qualifications\nThree (3) years programming experience of which two (2) years in application development \nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Data Processing, or a closely related field; OR \nAn equivalent combination of related education, and/or experience. \nPROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nFunctions as “System Integrator” for the Information Technology Application Services Section, providing leadership and vision to develop integration between diverse systems using an Enterprise Service Bus. \nDesigns and constructs system interfaces, including their definition, organization, documentation, and implementation. \nInvestigates and makes recommendations about useful web technologies and reports results to management. \nMaintains security and integrity controls. \nEstablishes and maintains support tools. \nCreates and monitors web standards and procedures for Information Technology Dept. \nDevelops specifications for web applications. \nIntegrates data and systems through the use of JDBC, ODBC, WebServices, or other acceptable methods. \nPrepares performance reports. \nConsults and advises various departments on making web site information more accessible to the general public. \nPrepares activity and progress reports regarding the web development section. \nPerforms testing in accordance with established procedures. \nConsults with system's users and development groups on test results. \nCodes, debugs, tests, and documents application programs as requested by management. \nPerforms other related duties as assigned or directed.\nKSAs\nKnowledge of test procedures and documentation standards in concordance with business theory and principles. \nThorough knowledge of JAVA, Swing, CSS, Java Script, EJB, HTML, IceFaces, Richfaces, and Servelets. \nThorough knowledge of JDBC or ODBC. \nKnowledge of SSRS, Crystal Reports, XML, XML Schema, JSON, REST and Log4J. \nThorough knowledge of relational databases: MS SQL Server \nAbility to work with and communicate technical information to users. \nAnalytically skilled to initiate development of clear and concise specifications, documentation, and procedures. \nAbility to coordinate, solve, and complete multiple projects in a deadline-oriented work environment. \nAbility to work independently or as a member of a team to complete projects by required deadlines. \nAbility to apply and communicate technical knowledge and principles in designing major software or other systems and conduct user interviews. \nAbility to interpret and convert business problems to computer language. \nAbility to communicate technical information and conduct user interviews. \nSkill in coordinating efforts of a large project. \nExperience in one of the following is a plus: OnBase, SharePoint, Project Server, and Workflow development using Nintex.\nSpecial Requirements\nMust be able to work on-call as required.\nDisclaimer\nThis position is subject to a background check for any convictions that have a substantial relationship to potential job duties.
