Bring your passion to our team, and let's make an impact together.\nBring your experience and make a difference.\nAs a Shipping Clerk on the Top Drawer team, a typical day for you will include:\nManaging administrative shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and portal operations. \nStaging, preparing, and palletizing products for timely shipment. \nServing as the point of contact for tracking requests, order updates, and customer service inquiries. \nReviewing priority reports to sequence daily workloads and meet scheduled deadlines. \nSupporting monthly inventory checks and tracking accuracy. \nCross-training and assisting on the production floor during low-volume periods. \nMaintaining clear, effective communication across teams and leadership. \nBring your skills and achieve success.\n(Required qualifications)\nExperience: 2+ years in a shipping and receiving environment \n Skills: Technical & Computer Skills: Must be comfortable on a computer and possess basic computer literacy-they do not want to start from ground zero. \nCore Shipping Tools: Experience with standard shipping carriers and administrative processes, including FedEx, UPS, scheduling shipments, and generating Bills of Lading (BOLs). \nSoftware: Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping portals (they will be trained on internal proprietary software like the Wish portal). \nEducation: High school diploma or GED \nPhysical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds \nBring your work ethic and gain stability.\nCompetitive Pay: $20/hour+ \nSchedule: Monday-Thursday, Shift 1: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM \n Shift 2 (Swing/Late): 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM \nBenefits: Full benefits package offered: Medical, dental, vision, 401k w/ match, PTO \nFinancial Benefits: Annual bonus based on company performance, Employee Referral Program \nNeighborly is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal or state law.
