This is achieved by managing the physical supply chain, optimizing product disposition, and creating value through strategic deal-making.\nMain purpose of the role is to maximize end-to-end enterprise value creation via:\nMaximizing Trading value\nMaximizing Distribution value\nMaximizing standalone Commercial Fuels value\nThis position is remote location, a virtual role.\nAccountabilities:\nSupport the delivery of T&S Commercial Fuels strategy, specifically play an active role in providing local market level Supply/Demand analysis for select inland markets to maximize E2E value of available product\nResponsible for supporting rack supply strategy and rack procurement negotiations\nSupport daily pricing strategies in collaboration with Trading. \nSupport strategy, specifically play an active role in providing local market level Supply/Demand analysis for select inland markets to maximize E2E value\nLead Commercial Fuels’ pricing activities for rack sales of gasoline, distillates, and low carbon fuels in collaboration w/product trade desks\nLead integrator between Trading, Supply, Distribution and Commercial Fuels rack account managers\nSupport the Commercial Fuels Account Managers to deliver on their margin targets at a C3 level\nWork collaboratively across various Products Trading desks to identify new value levers to maximize margins on current business and grow value growth with new opportunities\nWhat you bring\nMust have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer\nBachelor’s Degree preferred\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience\nThis position is contingent upon the closing of a deal transaction\nWhat we offer\nThe base salary range for this position is $124, 000 - $186,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.\nFor regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.\nAdditionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance. Shell also offers other compensation such financial reimbursement for adoption, wellness, education, and personal learning expenses, and some roles are eligible for discretionary long-term incentives.
