The successful candidate will develop and lead a high-performing team while advancing scalable processes, tools, and operating models that enhance organizational effectiveness.\nAccountabilities:\nLead the North America Retail Power Pricing team across ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO\nOwn delivery of timely, accurate, and competitive retail power pricing solutions that support profitable growth and risk objectives\nLead, develop, and retain a high-performing team while strengthening technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities across the organization\nEstablish and govern pricing methodologies, models, assumptions, and analytical standards to support sound commercial decision-making\nDrive continuous improvement of pricing capabilities, processes, tools, and operating models to enhance scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness\nIdentify and execute strategic initiatives that improve pricing capabilities, business outcomes, and organizational performance\nPartner with Sales, Portfolio Management, Risk, Regulatory, and Technology teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives\nChampion automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to modernize pricing capabilities and accelerate value delivery\nWhat you bring\nMust have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer\nBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or related discipline\nAt least 5+ years of Retail Power pricing experience in competitive North American power markets\nDemonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing analytical, commercial, or pricing teams\nStrong understanding of retail power pricing methodologies, cost build-ups, market fundamentals, and risk drivers\nExperience supporting pricing activities across one or more organized power markets (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and/or CAISO)\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional business outcomes\nWhat we offer\nThe base salary range for this position is $149,000 - $223,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.\nFor regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.\nAdditionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance. Shell also offers other compensation such as financial reimbursement for adoption, wellness, education, and personal learning expenses, and some roles are eligible for discretionary long-term incentives. For interns, eligible benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs; participation in a 401(k) plan; and paid leave for up to 11 paid holidays.
