What is the Role?
As a DTA Software Engineer, you will develop and support automation solutions that improve efficiency and user experience across Finance Operations. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn requirements into practical solutions using approved DTA technologies and agile ways of working.
Core responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Support the translation of functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Follow agile delivery practices, documentation standards, and structured development processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and support stable performance of automation solutions during Hyper care.
- Work with senior developers and stakeholders to apply good design and implementation practices.
- Communicate progress, clarify requirements, and support timely delivery of assigned work.

What We Need from You?
We are looking for a hands-on software engineer with experience in automation or digital solutions, ideally in a finance or operations environment. You should be comfortable translating business needs into practical solutions and working closely with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Around 3 to 6 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or digital solution development.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving approaches, including root cause analysis.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills to understand requirements and support delivery.
- Hands-on experience with one or more relevant technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, PADA, SQL, SharePoint Online, or reporting solutions.
- Experience working across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
