This role combines expertise in inventory management, business operations, analytics, process improvement, and digital transformation to deliver actionable insights, improve operational performance, and support data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Digital & IT teams, vendors, and external partners to optimize business outcomes and support strategic initiatives.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAnalytics, Reporting, and Business Intelligence\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions\nTranslate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights\nDevelop and maintain SQL-based datasets, data models, and automated reporting processes\nBuild and support Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions\nEnsure reporting accuracy, data quality, governance, and reconciliation controls\nConduct trend analysis, root cause investigations, and exception reporting to support operational and strategic decision making\nTechnology and Digital Transformation\nLead and support technology initiatives that enhance inventory management, retail operations, customer experience, and business performance\nPartner with business stakeholders, Digital & IT teams, vendors, and project teams to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and support implementation\nAct as the business subject matter expert for inventory, reporting, and operational processes during technology deployments and enhancements\nDevelop business cases, testing strategies, performance measures, and value realization plans for technology investments\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes through automation, digitization, and analytics-driven solutions\nMonitor adoption and business benefits of implemented technologies and drive continuous improvement\nInventory Performance and Optimization\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve inventory performance across the Mobility network\nAnalyze inventory performance, shrink, stock availability, turnover, and ordering effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement\nMonitor key business metrics and develop recommendations to improve inventory ownership returns and operational performance\nPartner with Category Management, Operations, and Retailers to drive inventory improvements and business outcomes\nSupport inventory governance, controllership, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business\nDefine operational procedure and policies, developing SOP and training guidelines for retailers and operations business\nStakeholder Management and Leadership\nLead cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and external stakeholders\nCommunicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner\nInfluence decision making through data-driven recommendations and business insights\nBuild strong partnerships across Mobility and support a culture of continuous improvement\nMentor colleagues and help build analytical capability across the organization\nWhat you bring\nThe candidate must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline\n4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence\nAdvanced SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros)\nExperience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and automated reporting solutions\nStrong knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and reporting best practices\nExperience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources\nBackground in inventory management, retail, merchandising, supply chain, or similar operations\nUnderstanding of business performance management, inventory controls, and operational reporting\nExperience leading analytics, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives\nAbility to translate business requirements into reporting and system solutions\nStrong stakeholder, project, and change management skills\nImportant note: After you submit your application, you will receive an email providing a link to an online assessment that is a mandatory part of the process and must be successfully completed within 3 days of receiving the initial assessment invite.
