Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and contractor teams, the role contributes to safe execution and reliable asset performance.\nSafety and Goal Zero remain the highest priorities, followed by operational reliability, asset integrity, cost effectiveness, and delivery excellence.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nHSSE & Leadership\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to Goal Zero and Shell's HSSE standards.\nPromote safe working practices throughout project and TAR activities.\nSupport risk identification, hazard management, and implementation of mitigation measures.\nParticipate in safety initiatives, audits, site visits, and lessons learned activities.\nAct in accordance with Shell values and behavioural expectations.\nProject & Turnaround Delivery\nSupport the planning and delivery of brownfield projects and turnaround scopes.\nCoordinate project activities to ensure delivery against approved scope, schedule, and budget.\nContribute to turnaround planning, preparation, readiness reviews, and execution activities.\nMonitor progress and escalate emerging risks, issues, or schedule impacts as appropriate.\nSupport commissioning, start-up, handover, and close-out activities.\nEnsure project documentation and deliverables are completed in accordance with company requirements.\nOperational Integration\nWork closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure project and TAR activities are effectively integrated into asset plans.\nSupport work scope definition and prioritisation processes.\nAssist with readiness reviews and operational handover activities.\nMinimise operational disruption through effective planning and coordination.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild effective working relationships with:Operations teams\nMaintenance teams\nEngineering teams\nContractors and vendors\nFunctional specialists and Technical Authorities\n\nParticipate in project and turnaround meetings, providing progress updates and status reporting.\nSupport communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of delivery objectives.\nPerformance & Continuous Improvement\nMaintain project schedules, action trackers, risk registers, and progress reports.\nSupport project controls and cost tracking activities.\nParticipate in lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve planning, execution, and work processes.\nContribute to the development of project and turnaround documentation and procedures.\nWhat you bring\nSkills & Experience\nExperience in project delivery, maintenance execution, engineering, or turnaround management within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or energy industry.\nFamiliarity with brownfield modifications and offshore operations is desirable.\nKnowledge of:Project planning and scheduling\nTurnaround preparation and execution\nRisk management processes\nContractor coordination\n\nAbility to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nCommitment to safe and compliant operations.\nPersonal Attributes\nSafety-focused and operationally disciplined.\nWell organised and able to prioritise competing activities.\nCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.\nProactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nAble to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.\nAfter you submit your application, you will receive an email from Shell providing a link to an online assessment (HireVue) that is a mandatory part of the process and has a validity period - please check your spam/junk mailbox if you do not see the email.
