candidate will lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals and User Experience specialists while spending approximately 50% of their time performing Senior Business Analyst and/or Delivery Lead activities on complex projects and programmes.\nLeadership & Capability Management\nDefine and execute the capability roadmap for Business Analysis, Quality Assurance and User Experience in partnership with Delivery Managers and business stakeholders\nBuild, lead and develop a high-performing, multi-skilled team through coaching, mentoring, stakeholders across multiple functions and priorities.\nWhat you bring\nMust have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer\nBachelor’s degree in any related field\n8+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives\nStrong experience within Energy Trading, including Gas and/or Power Trading environments, with knowledge of trading operations, risk management, scheduling, settlements, and regulatory processes\nProven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and resource planning\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology functions\nDeep expertise in business analysis methodologies, requirements management, process improvement, and solution design\nExperience developing business cases, impact assessments, and value realization strategies\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities\nExperience leading delivery in Agile environments\nAbility to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on delivery execution\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience working with Agile delivery tools\nExperience in commodities trading, energy markets, or related commercial trading businesses\nKnowledge of systems engineering concepts, process modelling, and data analysis techniques\nUnderstanding of enterprise solution delivery and technology landscapes.\nKnowledge of SCADA and EMS/GMS platforms (e.g., Monarch, AVEVA)\nExperience coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile ways of working\nLean Practitioner certification or continuous improvement experience\nCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification\nPMI-PBA certification\nOther relevant Business Analysis, Delivery, or Agile certifications\nWhat we offer\nThe base salary range for this position is $149,000 - $223,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.\nFor regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.\nAdditionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance. Shell also offers other compensation such financial reimbursement for adoption, wellness, education, and personal learning expenses, and some roles are eligible for discretionary long-term incentives.
