Finance module\nMinimum 9+ years of experience in SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Human capital management (HCM)with at least 5 years in SAP Project system\nMinimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementations, involving hands-on design or configuration\nSkills with only Support/testing experience or majority of support/testing experience will not be suitable.\nExcellent Knowledge of Integration of SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Human capital management (HCM) with SAP PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/SD/BW\nGood Knowledge of SAP Project system Process with Finance/HR ( Example- Asset accounting / CATS Time writing etc )\nHands on Experience of ABAP- Tables/Functional Modules/IDOC’s/ Batch Job Management / BI & BW reports / Fiori Time writing / Query Development\nSAP Certifications in SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Human capital management (HCM) / S4 HANA Professional Area ( Cloud OR On-Premise) will be added advantage\nExperienced in market standard solutions like conceptualization, realization and Go Live of projects.\nConfigure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.\nPerform feasibility studies and process design reviews\nAnalyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients ‘needs.\nGood understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas and/or Manufacturing industries business processes\nAccurately capture business problems, value drivers, functional/non-functional requirements and costs, including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.\nTranslate business requirements into (conceptual) solutions and functionality including an assessment of the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts.\nAssess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.\nCreate, update and maintain clear project
