Responsibilities include assisting residents with telephone, television, and other electronic communication needs, as well as installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems, telephone and fax equipment, sound/PA systems, and related cabling. The technician will also support fire alarm communication requirements, perform low-voltage cable installation and testing, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 technical support. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of low-voltage electronics and wiring, the ability to read technical diagrams and manuals, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, PC proficiency, and the ability to work independently while providing friendly, responsive service to residents.
