Keep reading...\nQuality Management System (QMS) Manager \n\nYour Role \n As a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager at Shelly, you own our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications and SMETA audit readiness across all departments and production sites. You turn standards into practical processes and work with teams across the business to make quality, environmental responsibility, and information security part of everyday operations. You lead internal audits, coordinate external assessments, and keep us audit-ready without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.\nYour Responsibilities:\nMaintain and improve Shelly’s integrated management system, keeping policies, procedures, and records clear, current, and easy to use.\nWork with process owners in every department and production site to map workflows, clarify responsibilities, and make practical improvements.\nPlan and conduct internal audits across all departments and production sites, identify gaps, and follow up on findings.\nCoordinate external certification and customer audits, prepare teams and documentation, and act as the main point of contact for certification bodies.\nManage nonconformities from root cause analysis through corrective action and closure, checking that the changes are effective.\nCoordinate information security risk management with the IT team, keeping risk assessments and action plans up to date.\nManage Shelly’s Sedex membership and work with HR to maintain SMETA readiness and address social compliance audit findings.\nLead the transition to ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 14001:2026, assess gaps, and coordinate the required process and documentation updates.\nTrack management system KPIs and prepare management review materials that highlight performance, risks, and improvement priorities.\nRun awareness training that helps colleagues understand the standards, their responsibilities, and how to apply our processes day to day.\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nYou bring at least 5 years of experience in quality or integrated management systems, ideally in a manufacturing environment.\nYou have hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, along with working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001.\nYou have experience preparing for SMETA or other social compliance audits.\nYou hold a Lead Auditor certificate for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO/IEC 27001.\nYou have a proven track record of managing external certification audits and conducting internal audits across departments.\nYou know how to investigate root causes, define effective corrective actions, and verify that they resolve the underlying issues.\nYou understand Bulgarian labour, health and safety, and environmental legislation and how it applies in practice.\nYou take a pragmatic, hands-on approach and communicate clearly with everyone from production teams to senior management.\nWhat is in it for you\nWork: \nA welcoming, collaborative team\nMeaningful products and services that people actually use and love.\nLearning opportunities to sharpen your skills\nCompetitive salary + Performance bonuses\nModern office in a great location\nFun team buildings and company events\n Lifestyle: \n26 days of paid annual leave\nFlexible working hours\nAdditional health insurance\nFree access to all Shelly devices (yes, you can smarten up your whole home!)\nMultisport Card\nFully sponsored yearly public transport card\nReady to join the Shelly Revolution?
