This position is responsible for maintaining an existing customer base as well as prospecting new business. The Outside Sales - Andersen position also provides leadership and supervision to an Inside Sales support team.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nResponsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:\nMaintain and prospect new customer accounts and business.\nGenerate take-offs, produce quotes, place orders, and set up service. \nVisit job sites and customers as needed.\nProvide advice and expertise to customers on products.\nHandle all customer issues or concerns, ensuring an excellent customer experience.\nStay in tune with new products as they come available from vendors.\nRepresent Shepley and Andersen in the community at events and programs.\nProvide leadership, training and oversight to inside sales support. \nQualifications:\n5 -- 10 years of window and doors sales expereince preferred.
