The Procurement Sourcing Analyst Accelerated Development Program is designed as a 9-12-month assignment to assist the Procurement Strategy & Enablement team with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The program participants manage their own projects and tasks to assist the team in achieving goals both tactical and strategic objectives.\nThe identified candidates will begin December 2026 or January 2027 and will work out of our Brecksville, Ohio John Morikis Technology Center 5 days per week in-person for the duration of the training.\n Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Sourcing Leadership Team with:\nProviding support for the multiple categories of raw material direct spend (including outside tolling).\n\nAssist with maintaining specific departmental components of procurement, such as inventory tracking, vendor management, process issues, information technology, and related areas.\n\nAssist with maintaining a variety of reports such as vendor lists, performance history, price quotes, and other information\n\nUnderstanding of the operations within the strategic procurement organizations\n\nAssist in supporting procurement analytics initiatives including cost modeling, market analytics\n\nDrive analysis on purchasing opportunities in working capital improvements from vendor terms management\n\nAssist with special projects, which may include compiling and analyzing targeted data, reviews and assessments of processes or operations or developing special reports.
