They will work under the supervision of a senior, experienced in programming languages, tools, and delivery models and collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires an understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will assist in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.\n WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:\nGather and document system requirements, to create a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project\n\nResearch and analyze coding best practices and help with routine development tasks\n\nGather necessary information about the installation and maintenance of software, as well as organize that information into an accessible format\n\nCollect feedback from various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers, assisting in maintaining transparency and communication\n\nMonitor industry news and trends, contributing to the research of emerging technologies and programming languages\n\nThis position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.\nJob duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
