customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.\n Develop business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability\nImplement branch market plan based on market conditions, branch mission and financial/budget objectives\nConduct research and analyze financial and market metrics as needed\nPerform credit investigations and analysis on new and existing accounts\nWork with outside vendors to identify and place orders for new product purchases per established policy\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service\nBuild and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations \nMaintain branch inventory levels and conduct physical inventory reviews on a regular basis\nEnsure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security\nMaintain outstanding branch condition and visual merchandising standards, including promotional packages and sales floor displays\nProvide accurate and timely reporting as required \nManage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action\nCreate schedules and monitor staffing\nAssist with daily bank deposits\nRespond to and resolve any customer and/or employee complaints\nSupport Sales Reps in developing and targeting new business\n Minimum Requirements:\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future\nMust have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License\nMust have at least two (2) years of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales\nMust have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams\nMust be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave at least five (5) years of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience in an automotive aftermarket industry \nHave at least one (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook)\nHave at least three (3) years of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams\nHave an associate degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing\nHave work
