This is an office-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative management of the customer service function - from order reception through to final delivery.\nYou will act as a central point of coordination between the commercial team, customers, logistics partners, and Finance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the order-to-delivery process.\n Your Main Responsibilities\nReceive and process customer orders via email and phone\nCheck stock availability and support supply coordination\nAccurately input and manage orders in the ERP system\nCreate new articles, pricing references, and maintain order data\nHandle complex orders, including export documentation and certifications\nCoordinate delivery deadlines and proactively manage customer expectations\nManage delivery notes and CMR documentation; liaise with carriers\nProcess credit note requests and follow up on claims\nMaintain and update customer records (addresses, payment terms, contacts, product history)\nPrepare and send technical documentation, safety data sheets, catalogues, and related materials\nSupport onboarding and training of new Customer Service colleagues\nContribute ideas for process improvements and service optimization\n What We Are Looking For\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor degree(required)\nPrevious Customer Service experience (required)\nExperience working with ERP systems (preferred)\nStrong experience with Microsoft Excel is essential (advanced level preferred - data handling, formulas, organizing information accurately)\nGood command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, etc.)\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\nTeam-oriented and customer-focused mindset\nClear and professional communication skills\nFlexible and adaptable to change\nLanguages\nRomanian -
