They will use their experience in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires a developing understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will contribute to ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.\n Validate system requirements and assist with the development of detailed software programming specifications\nWrite, review, and optimize code and collaborate with the senior engineers using current programming languages\nCollaborate with the team to create documentation and procedures for the installation and maintenance of software\nEngage various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to address project concerns and ensure that stakeholder expectations are considered throughout the development process\nParticipate in ongoing learning, attend relevant workshops or training, and share emerging technologies and programming languages knowledge with the team \nThis position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.\nJob duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. least 18 years of age\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or in lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of experience in application development or application engineering \n2+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering\nFamiliarity in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby\nExperience in software development tools such as Git or Jenkins\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience implementing, configuring, customizing, supporting, and integrating Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions, including trade compliance functionality, business processes, and integration with ERP, supply chain, and third-party applications.\nExperience developing and supporting enterprise applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Java (JEE/Jakarta EE).\nExperience designing, developing, and consuming REST and SOAP APIs and related integration technologies.\nExperience with CI/CD tools and processes to support automated build, deployment, and release management.\nUnderstanding of enterprise application architecture, software development best practices, and Agile development methodologies.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. \nTravel:
