staff, employees, and vendors.\nSelect, pull, measure, and stage raw materials for manufacturing\nFollow batch slip instructions to incorporate raw materials in high-speed mixers to mix and blend batches\nMake lab adjustments, incorporate approved samples, and maintain raw material samples from daily premixes\nOperate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment such as high-speed dispersers (HSDs), pumps, valves, battery chargers, drum handling equipment, and forklifts, etc., in an efficient and safe manner\nMonitor raw materials and finished goods for quality\nComply with policies and standard operating procedures\nKeep equipment logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns in a timely manner\nMaintain production records and reporting as required\nCollaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time\nMonitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies\nProvide technical support and training to other team members\nContribute ideas to improve or optimize manufacturing procedures\nKeep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily\n Minimum Requirements:\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave at least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience monitoring gauges, dials, or other machinery indicators to ensure proper operation of machinery\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience operating machinery in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience monitoring the quality of raw materials and/or finished goods\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.)\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience mixing or blending raw materials and making a product in an industrial batch
