This role prepares the pre-weighs for the product, follows the batch ticket and instructions for the product they are making. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.\n Operates a reactor utilizing a computerized control system to ensure the proper chemical reactions and requirements occur; follows appropriate batch ticket and operational procedures.\nStages, prepares, lifts, and loads raw materials and other components required for the production process; will also utilize a computerized or automatic process to perform tasks.\nMonitors and adjusts gauges, valves, switches, pumps, and other components according to production requirements.\nEnsures compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations; may require the employee to wear safety equipment or gear.\nCompletes appropriate paperwork and/or enters data regarding materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and other operations to ensure records and actions are accurate.\nAssists with maintaining a clean and safe working environment and may perform various janitorial or housekeeping tasks.\nCommunicates with maintenance, quality control, warehousing, and other departments to maintain a safe and effective environment and to ensure quality products.\nPrepares and/or performs quality control analysis, testing, and review to ensure adherence to standards and parameters.\nMay operate a variety of computerized, manual, and mechanical equipment to mix, fill, unload, label, pack, and store working-progress and finished goods.\nWork with hazardous materials and will require annual hazardous material training.\n Minimum Requirements:\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.\nMust have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing facility within production\nMust be able to obtain OSHA Fork Truck certification with the ability to operate fork truck.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave at least two (2) years of manufacturing experience as a process technician in production.\nHave manufacturing experience in a process technician capacity.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3466,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Consumer Goods","Natural Resources","Chemical Manufacturing","Tools & DIY Supplies"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-07T14:23:29Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
