The candidate should have a good understanding of coating chemistry and possess strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to assist in developing high-performance coil coatings. The position includes evaluating new polymers and raw materials. commonly found in a lab environment\nResponsible for inputting data, data analysis and technical documentation daily into lab books or a database.\nEvaluate different polymers for coil application can perceive and will desire\nPerforming basic paint and paint making processes, meets manufactures specifications\nPerforming basic coating formulations, applications, and physical/performance testing methods\nProviding timely and accurate data to help resolve field complaints, raw material issues, manufacturing problems, and support existing and new product development\nPresenting data and finding for both internal and external communications\nExcellent organizational and communication skills\nApplication and troubleshooting of digital printing and other coil coating systems\nVisiting manufacturing sites and/or application sites for monitoring or troubleshooting\nAssessment of weathering/corrosion test panels\nAdhere to company safety standards at all times\n Minimum Requirements\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment (without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment work visa and/or permanent
