customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.\nDevelop a strategy to grow sales and profits to key, opportunity, new and existing customers \nEffectively build relationships with customers \nConduct product demonstrations to support solutions for the customer\nDevelop working relationships with stores to achieve business goals\nGenerate leads\nHelp determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports as required\nGive sales presentations to a range of prospective clients\nCoordinate sales efforts with marketing programs\nUnderstand and promote company programs\nPrepare and submit sales contracts for orders\nVisit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services\nMaintain client records\nAnswer client questions about terms, products, prices, and availability\n Minimum Requirements:\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age \nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future\nMust have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License\nMust be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation \nWillingness to travel as required for this position\nMust have at least one (1) year of experience in business-to-business (“B2B”) sales\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience as a Commercial Branch Manager or Sales Representative for Sherwin-Williams\nHave previous work experience selling metal and plastic coatings and related products\nHave previous work experience conducting outside sales calls\nHave at least an associate degree in business, sales, or marketing\nHave previous work experience selling paint and paint related products\nHave work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (“CRM”) systems\nWillingness to relocate for future job
