This role requires a foundational understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.\n Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications\nDevelop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages\nCreate documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software\nCollaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions\nStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to ensure the team's skills and expertise are current \nThis position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.\nJob duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
