The incumbent will collaborate with others to ensure successful teamwork, effective development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.\n WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:\nSupport software planning cycles and provide feedback on product / project estimates\n\nAnalyze business requirements and create technical specifications to implement the requirements\n\nDesign software, applications and database enhancements or new products in alignment with business requirements and technical specifications defined\n\nDevelop, build and test software systems or applications to meet business requirements\n\nWrite high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code in various programming languages\n\nConduct bug fixes to identify and remediate defects in software solutions\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation including code comments, design documents, and user manuals\n\nCollaborate with business analysts, quality assurance testers, and project managers to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements\n\nProvide technical support to end-users to ensure proper use of software solutions\n\nThis role is not remote/ hybrid and will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.\nJob duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in software development\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years old\n4+ years of experience in software development in the software development industry\nIn-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices\n\nIn-depth knowledge of software development tools, platforms and languages\n\nExperience in developing, integrating, testing and deploying cloud-based software solutions or internet-related tools\n\nKnowledge of relational databases and SQL\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nExperience in developing Microservices and in-depth knowledge of various Integration patterns\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n4+ years of experience with Oracle Financial Cloud: Proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Fixed assets, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, High Radius and basic knowledge of SQL, AI Agents.\n4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly in the financial domain with extensive experience in Configurations, Testing and Support.
