This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing customer onboarding processes, customer master data, data quality, and business processes across Oracle ERP and enterprise MDM platforms.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle customer master data, customer creation and maintenance processes, customer onboarding workflows, data governance, and MDM concepts. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product owners, Process Owners, solution architects, developers, and project teams to deliver reliable and scalable customer data solutions.\nServe as a senior IT functional/technical analyst for Customer onboarding and Customer MDM capabilities.\nAnalyze and support end-to-end customer onboarding processes, including customer creation, validation, enrichment, approval, synchronization, and maintenance.\nProvide expertise on Oracle customer master data, including customer accounts, account sites, bill-to/ship-to locations, customer profiles, addresses, contacts, and related attributes.\nPartner with business stakeholders and Product owners to define customer onboarding requirements, business rules, data standards, and validation requirements.\nAnalyze customer master data issues and coordinate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\nSupport data conversion and migration activities associated with Oracle ERP and MDM implementations.\nDefine and document functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, mapping specifications, and test scenarios.\nParticipate in CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation for customer onboarding and MDM releases.\nMonitor customer data quality and identify opportunities to improve completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of customer master data.\nSupport data governance processes, including data ownership, stewardship, standards, duplicate management, and data quality controls.\nCollaborate with Oracle, MDM, integration, finance, and other enterprise application teams.\nEvaluate business requirements and recommend processes or system improvements that improve customer onboarding efficiency and data quality.\nSupport production issues, conduct impact analysis, and coordinate resolution of application and integration defects.\nProvide functional guidance to developers and junior analysts.\nParticipate in application upgrades, new implementations, acquisitions, business expansion, and other strategic initiatives involving customer master data.\nThis position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.\nJob duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in enterprise applications, customer data, MDM, or Oracle ERP.\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Customer Master / Customer Onboarding processes. \nStrong understanding of Customer Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and practices. \nExperience working with customer creation and maintenance processes across Oracle ERP. \nExperience with customer master attributes such as:Customer Account \nAccount Sites \nBill-to and Ship-to locations \nAddresses \nContacts \nCustomer profiles \nPayment/credit-related attributes \n\nExperience writing functional requirements, technical/functional specifications, process documentation, and test cases. \nExperience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into Lean specs. \nStrong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. \nMust be at least 18 years of age\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.\nPreferred\nExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP.\nExperience with an enterprise MDM platform such as Semarchy, Informatica, Reltio or similar.\nExperience with Semarchy XDM/XDM Platform is highly preferred. \nExperience designing or supporting MDM workflows and approval processes. \nExperience with customer duplicate identification, matching, merging, and survivorship. \nKnowledge of Customer 360 and enterprise customer data models. \nExperience with data governance and data stewardship programs. \nExperience supporting global customer onboarding across multiple countries or regions. \nExperience working in Agile/Scrum
