#768764, located at: 1603 Main Street West, Hamilton, ON L8S 1E6.\n Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service\nAssist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services\nBuild productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers\nProcess sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures\nFollow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis\nMaintain precise work order files and formulas\nPull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse\nTint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications\nStock shelves and set up displays\nClean store equipment\nLoad/unload delivery trucks\nAssist in making deliveries, as needed\nMaintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas\nRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options\nComply with inventory control procedures\nSuggest ways to improve sales \n Minimum Requirements:\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age \nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment\nMust have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License\nMust be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion\nIf internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a “meets expectations” (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal\nIf internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position \nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave a High School diploma or a Certificate of Adult Education Completion (CAEC) \nHave at least one (1) year
