service\nBuild and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations \nBuild positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers\nComplete store administration\nEnsure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security\nMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, including promotional packages and sales floor displays\nProvide accurate and timely reporting as required \nManage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action\nRespond to and resolve any customer and/or employee complaints\nPartner with Sales Reps to make outside sales calls to increase market share\n Minimum Requirements:\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age \nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment\nMust have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License\nMust have at least High School diploma or a Certificate of Adult Education Completion (CAEC)\nMust be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. \nMust have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams\nMust have at least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products\nHave work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (“CRM”) systems\nHave an associate degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing\nHave at least one (1) year of work experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin-Williams\nWillingness to relocate for future job opportunities\nAbility to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one
