staff, employees, and business relationships.\n Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations\nImplement operational policies and procedures\nEnsure effective and safe use of manufacturing equipment\nMonitor quality and productivity to ensure service and cost objectives are met\nPlan the daily work schedule by coordinating with outside vendors and internal departments\nManage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action\nConduct regular communication meetings with workforce to enhance BMS (Business Management System) and Operational Excellence\nParticipate in Continuous Improvement Projects \n Minimum Requirements:\nMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future\nMust have at least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing, distribution, operations function or have completed a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Operations function\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave a bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain\nHave at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams\nHave completed formal training in and/or have at least one (1) year of work experience applying continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc.\nHave at least three (3) years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility\nHave prior work experience using timekeeping and/or production control
