The incumbent will work closely across technical teams to ensure software systems are running efficiently with minimal downtime. The incumbent will provide configuration, set up, and updates to the applications, ensuring that data is entered into established tables, fields, and system databases with the highest level of accuracy. The incumbent will be expected to assist with the development of queries and build reports utilizing query and flexible reporting tools to facilitate business management decisions. The role will document and provide suggestions to management concerning changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards to optimize performance and mitigate potential risk with the ability to analyze various metrics to monitor performance and provide insights to management. They will provide basic support for training users on the applications and setting up user access. They will facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to provide support for enterprise-wide applications.\n WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:\nSupport team with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications by assisting in developing and identifying design considerations and business impacts needed for configuration\n\nOrganize and provide data for internal department planning and activities\n\nPerform basic configuration, setup, and updating of applications\n\nAssist in loading data into established tables, fields, and system databases\n\nResearch and propose approaches to define governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms\n\nBuild reports that facilitate business management and staff decisions\n\nSet up user access and assist in training users on the applications\n\nProvide suggestions for changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional technical teams within the organization, to ensure the integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems\n\nFacilitate collaboration with client stakeholders and external vendors to provide support for enterprise-wide applications\n\nThis position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.\nJob duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. In lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support\n2+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies\n\nKnowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms\n\nExperience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems\n\nExperience in configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications\n\nFamiliarity with applying security designs and principles to technology-based business solutions\n\nExperience in database management and maintenance\n\nAbility to develop custom queries using query and reporting tools\n\nKnowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors\n\nMust be at least (18) eighteen years of age \nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) principles, including experience with Stibo STEP or similar enterprise data management platforms.\n\nExperience working with data models, hierarchies, classifications, workflows, and integrations to support enterprise data governance, data quality, and information distribution.\n\nDemonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications, and business processes, including interpreting complex technical documentation and applying concepts to business and technical solutions.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience identifying root causes, resolving application issues, and recommending improvements to system performance and data quality.\n\nDemonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, and make sound recommendations in support of business objectives.\n\nExperience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and external vendors to implement, enhance, and support enterprise solutions.\n\nCertifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle\n\nTechnical Skills:\nSystem
