This full-time position will be responsible for requirements building, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Anaplan models. Individuals would lead the successful delivery of Anaplan Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota models through the application to SHI end-users.Role Description\nBuild and evaluate business requirements and consult with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs. \nDesign, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions. \nBuild and modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality. \nCreate and maintain reporting analysis dashboards. \nCreate and maintain UI dashboards for administrators and end-users. \nPartner with cross-functional teams to understand existing Excel models and translate them into efficiently built, dynamic, connected Anaplan models where information can be shared across the organization. \nDrive new or enhanced Anaplan implementations, upgrades, and integrations. \nConfigure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings. \nReview, assess, and triage issues identified by End Users and perform root cause analysis to identify and build solutions \nOwn Anaplan requirements backlog, system architecture, access management, configuration, and integration. \nEngage internal L&D teams on Change Management material from Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota updates.\nBehaviors and Competencies\nProblem-Solving: Can proactively identify and take ownership of complex problem-solving initiatives, initiate preventative measures, collaborate with others to find solutions, and drive successful outcomes.\nCommunication: Can effectively communicate complex ideas and information to diverse audiences, facilitate effective communication between others, and mentor others in effective communication.\nAdaptability: Can lead others through change, help teams adapt to new directions, and create a culture open to change.\nLeadership: Can take ownership of complex team initiatives, collaborate with others in decision-making processes, and drive team performance.\nTeamwork: Can build and lead multiple teams, fostering a cooperative environment and ensuring effective communication between team members.\nSelf-Motivation: Can take ownership of complex personal or professional initiatives, collaborate with others when necessary, and drive results through self-motivation.\nSkill Level Requirements\nProficiency in overseeing and directing projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied \nAbility to systematically identify, document, and manage the technical needs and specifications of a project by engaging with stakeholders and analyzing business objectives to ensure successful project outcomes \nAbility to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions by leveraging systems and infrastructure effectively \nAbility to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages to automate tasks and develop software solutions\n Other Requirements\nCompleted Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience\n3+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder\n5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure\nMust possess and maintain Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder Certification \nWillingness to travel occasionally\nThe base salary range for this position is $99,000 - $126,500. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
