This role involves picking orders, delivering them to staging areas, assisting with pallet wrapping and inventory transfers, and maintaining a clean work environment. Additionally, the Forklift Operator operates automated box erectors and supports general warehouse functions, ensuring efficient completion of all tasks.Role Description\nUnload incoming freight and Load outgoing freight onto trucks as needed.\n\nCoordinate with receiving team to ensure product is accurately entered in Warehouse Management System (WMS).\n\nStock palletized products and supplies in rack bin locations, including upper racks.\n\nPicking and completing pick tickets generated from orders.\n\nDeliver completed orders to staging areas for config and shipping.\n\nAssist with wrapping and strapping of pallets.\n\nAssist with relocation of freight orders in the shipping dept.\n\nAssist shipping associates with pulling supplies from rack bin locations.\n\nAssist with inventory transfers by moving palletized products.\n\nKitting of integration orders for both EUC and IDCS departments.\n\nAssist with goods in and goods out functions, plus general warehouse picking and kitting as required.\n\nMaintain a clean and well-organized work environment.\n\nEnsure all administration tasks are completed efficiently.\n\nOperate automated box erectors.\n\nBehaviors and Competencies\nAttention to Detail: Can demonstrate an ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned.\n\nCommunication: Can communicate simple ideas and information clearly.\n\nAdaptability: Can demonstrate a willingness to accept feedback and adjust to new tasks or changes in the workplace.\n\nProblem-Solving: Can demonstrate a willingness to address and resolve problems when they arise.\n\nTime Management: Can understand the importance of time management and strives to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.\n\nTechnical Expertise: Can understand the basic concepts in a technical area and seeks guidance when applying them.\n\nTeamwork: Can understand the importance of teamwork and is developing the ability to contribute effectively to team efforts.\n\nReliability: Can demonstrate a willingness to complete assigned tasks on time and meet expectations.\n\nCustomer Service: Can provide responsive and courteous assistance to customers.\n\nSkill Level Requirements\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic\n\nAbility to take direction and follow instructions - Basic\n\nAbility to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency - Basic\n\nAbility to work independently or as part of a team - Basic\n\nAbility to show initiative to complete tasks without direct instruction - Basic\n\nAbility to understand and apply management feedback - Basic\n\nAbility to demonstrate a professional attitude - Basic\n\nAbility to multitask and prioritize work - Basic\n\nAbility to operate industrial power equipment - Basic\n\nMaintain a valid Reach and Counterbalance license - Basic\n\n Other Requirements\nWarehouse experience preferred\n\nCompleted high school diploma or equivalent\n\nAbility to operate a computer and navigate in a Windows based platform\n\nAbility to safely operate powered industrial equipment:\nReach Forklift\n\nCounterbalance\n\nMotorized pallet mover\n\nThis role may report to different warehouse locations depending on volume and business needs\n\nOvertime and weekend work are available, and may be required throughout the year\n\nThis position is expected to frequently bend, lift, walk and stand for extended periods of time\n\nPosition requires the ability to move or lift up to 50lbs\n\nValid Reach Truck operators certificate\n\nValid Counter-Balance operators certificate\n\nThe estimated hourly pay range for this position is $18.25 - $23.25 plus a quarterly bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
