The Associate will assist technicians with unboxing, setup, kitting, labeling, and processing of various computer hardware and components. This position reports to the Integration Center Manager.Role Description\nReceive and process inbound inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)\n\nUnpacking, packing, and kitting of hardware and components\n\nProcess shipments using WMS\n\nComplete inventory transfers using WMS and SharePoint Forms\n\nRemoval of trash, such as device packaging\n\nBox and Package\n\nProvide email updates of the status for customer orders as requested by management\n\nCollaborate with Integration Center Techs to complete tasks\n\nBehaviors and Competencies\nCommunication: Can communicate simple ideas and information clearly.\n\nOrganization: Can maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow simple organizational systems when assigned.\n\nTeamwork: Can understand the importance of teamwork and is developing the ability to contribute effectively to team efforts.\n\nProblem-Solving: Can demonstrate a willingness to address and resolve problems when they arise.\n\nMulti-Tasking: Can demonstrate a willingness to take on multiple tasks and responsibilities when assigned.\n\nPrioritization: Can identify critical tasks, arrange them based on importance, and execute without explicit instructions.\n\nDetail-Oriented: Can demonstrate an ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned.\n\nTraining: Can identify learning gaps within a team, propose training solutions, and take action to implement them without explicit instructions.\n\nAdaptability: Can demonstrate a willingness to accept feedback and adjust to new tasks or changes in the workplace.\n\nTime-Management: Can demonstrate a willingness to share knowledge and skills with others when asked.\n\nSkill Level Requirements\nFamiliarity in using Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning, including tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting. - Basic\n\nThe ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Basic\n\n Other Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\nBasic understanding of computers and technology\n\nAbility to move or lift up to 30 lbs\n\nAbility to travel 10%\n\nThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,360 - $45,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
