The role is key to keeping projects on track, partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operations across SHI and colocation facilities. It’s a great fit for someone organised, proactive, and eager to make a visible impact.Job Responsibilities:\n(Include but not limited to:)\nAssist with order entry queries whilst supporting sales to ensure accurate placement of orders in AX by sales\nOversee the Problem Log ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely fashion whilst escalating concerns to appropriate leadership\nRegularly communicate status of work to manager via 1 on 1s, OneNote updates, team meetings, etc.\nSubmit, manage, and review inventory for all Europe Integration Centre Projects\nCreate variants and linking variants so orders are properly entered in AX\nProcess AX orders and complete modifications to AX orders for IDCS projects\nRectify inventory discrepancies for Co-lo and SHI facilities\nManage the transfer of inventory requests\nCoordinate with configuration centres to ensure expected inventory orders are clearly communicated\nAssist with basic Logistic queries and booking collections/shipments\nManage and report on HLM returns, redeployments and disposals\nManage and process RMA requests, working closely with sales and EMEA Distribution\nBehaviours and Competencies\nOrganisation: Maintains an organised workspace and follows established processes and systems.\nTime Management: Understands the importance of effective time management and prioritises tasks to meet deadlines.\nCollaboration: Works collaboratively and contributes to team tasks and shared responsibilities.\nCommunication: Communicates clearly and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders, sharing information effectively and responding in a timely manner.\nProblem-Solving: Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\nAttention to Detail: Follows instructions carefully and completes tasks accurately.\nAdaptability: Responds positively to feedback and adjusts effectively to changing tasks or priorities.\nFollow-Through: Completes assigned tasks and responsibilities within agreed timeframes.\nRequired Skills:\nAbility to take initiative\nAbility to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines\nProficient in Microsoft Office Word and Outlook\nAbility to prioritise multiple workflows.\nOther Requirements:\nGSCE / A Level education or relevant work experience required\nExperience in a customer-facing, customer support, or similar role preferred\nFamiliarity with project management concepts\nFamiliarity with basic IT hardware and solution\nTravel may be expected up to 30% based on business needs\nThe estimated annual pay range for this position is £37,000 - £42,000 which includes a base salary and bonus.
