They will work to improve processes, ensure process consistency, and ensure service projects are billed accurately and on time. The Analyst will also extract, analyze, and process billing data to generate customer invoices.This position will report to a Manager within the PMO. This position is required to report to the Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management. \nRole Description\nManage and process billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy from subcontractor to customer.\n\nCoordinate with internal and external teams to resolve billing issues and provide status updates.\n\nAnalyze and audit billing data to generate and process invoices accurately.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert for billing and invoicing processes.\n\nDevelop and document process improvements to enhance efficiency.\n\nCreate reports and dashboards to monitor business health and future trends.\n\nCommunicate processes and act as a liaison between operations and other teams.\n\nDefine and manage business and technical requirements for projects.\n\nCoordinate and manage projects from discovery to completion, providing updates to stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to implement system changes and improvements.\n\nBehaviors and Competencies\nCommunication: Can effectively communicate complex ideas and information, and can adapt communication style to the audience.\n\nDetail-Oriented: Can identify errors or inconsistencies in work and make necessary corrections.\n\nOrganization: Can prioritize daily tasks, manage personal workflow, and utilize basic tools to keep track of responsibilities.\n\nPrioritization: Can identify critical tasks, arrange them based on importance, and execute without explicit instructions.\n\nMulti-Tasking: Can identify opportunities for task optimization, propose solutions, and manage multiple tasks without explicit instructions.\n\nFollow-Through: Can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without needing explicit reminders.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Can identify moderate areas for improvement and implement moderate changes.\n\nData Analysis: Can identify patterns and trends in data, propose hypotheses, and use statistical techniques to test them.\n\nProblem-Solving: Can identify problems, propose solutions, and take action to resolve them without explicit instructions.\n\nCollaboration: Can actively participate in team discussions, respect differing opinions, and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.\n\nSkill Level Requirements\nThe ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Basic\n\nProficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. - Basic\n\nKnowledge of various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects. - Basic\n\nCompetence in utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources. - Basic\n\nOther Requirements\nCompleted Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience required\n\n2+ years of professional experience in Managed Services billing or Project Management/Coordination\n\n1-3 years of experience in data analysis, IT operations, and/or project management\n\n1-3 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Office applications\n\nAbility to travel 10%\n\nPreferred Skills\nAutotask by Datto\n\nAirtable\n\nDatabase Applicatinos\n\nBilling Software\n\nMicrosoft SharePoint\n\nThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
