You'll develop Python services, APIs, and data-driven solutions across cloud and on-premises environments while working with technologies from NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Google. This role is ideal for engineers who love solving complex problems, building production software, and learning new technologies in a fast-moving AI landscape.Role Description\nDesign and develop Python-based services, APIs, and AI-enabled applications that solve real business problems.\n\nBuild applications that process and present data from enterprise systems, databases, and external services.\n\nIntegrate AI capabilities into production software using modern techniques such as prompt orchestration, RAG, tool use, and agent-based workflows.\n\nDesign application architectures that balance scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.\n\nImplement modern authentication and authorization patterns across application and API layers.\n\nContribute across the full stack, including React-based user interfaces and data integration.\n\nWork with technologies and platforms across the Microsoft, Google, NVIDIA, and broader AI ecosystems.\n\nBehaviors and Competencies\nCommunication: Can effectively communicate complex ideas and information, and can adapt communication style to the audience.\n\nListening: Can recognize underlying messages and non-verbal cues in communication, responding appropriately to both explicit and implicit information.\n\nPresenting: Can prepare and deliver presentations, addressing key points and responding to questions with clarity.\n\nAdaptability: Can adjust to changes in the work environment, manage multiple tasks, and effectively handle uncertainty.\n\nProblem-Solving: Can identify problems, propose solutions, and take action to resolve them without explicit instructions.\n\nInitiative: Can identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions, and take action without explicit instructions.\n\nPrioritization: Can identify critical tasks, arrange them based on importance, and execute without explicit instructions.\n\nTime Management: Can generally use time effectively and is working towards improving task prioritization and deadline management.\n\nTechnical Expertise: Can apply technical knowledge and skills effectively in most situations, with occasional guidance.\n\nTeamwork: Can work effectively in a team, contributing ideas and effort, and respecting the contributions of others.\n\n Skill Level Requirements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\n4+ years of professional software development experience building production applications.\n\nStrong Python development skills.\n\nExperience building APIs, backend services, and data-centric applications.\n\nExperience working with SQL and relational databases.\n\nExperience with React or another modern web framework.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-native development, containers, source control, and CI/CD practices.\n\nAbility to learn and apply new technologies in a rapidly evolving environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, MCP, or similar technologies.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, NVIDIA AI software, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience designing distributed or event-driven systems.\n\nConsulting or customer-facing delivery experience.\n\nExperience with NVIDIA Blueprints, NIMs, and CUDA.\n\nThe estimated annual pay range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
