\nStrong verbal and written communication skills \nProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace \nAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail \nProfessional demeanor with a customer-service mindset \nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in a corporate or high-growth blended manufacturing/office environment \nFamiliarity with visitor management systems (Envoy) \nExperience supporting facilities or office operations \nBasic knowledge of access control and office security protocols \nExperience
