Do:\nProgramStrategy&Governance\nOwnthecontingentworkforceprogramstrategy,operatingmodel,androadmap;independentlyassessgaps,recommendsolutions,anddriveimprovements.\nEstablishpolicies,processes,decisionrights,approvalrequirements,andserviceexpectationswithcross-functionalpartners.\nLeadprogramchangesfromplanningthroughimplementation,communications,training,andadoption.\nProgramOperations\nOverseetheengagementlifecycle,fromintakeandreviewthroughonboarding,extensions,andoffboarding.\nMonitorserviceperformance,resolvebottlenecks,andleadresolutionofcomplexorsensitiveissues.\nAddressrecurringproblemsanddeveloppracticalguidancethatimprovesexecutionandthemanagerexperience.\nPartnerwithbusinessleadersandFinanceonworkforceneeds,engagementoptions,andbudgetconsiderations.\nServeastheprogram'ssubject-matterexpertandcoordinateclassificationreviewswithLegal,PX,andProcurement.\nAlignstakeholders,driveaccountability,andpresentprogramperformance,risks,andrecommendationstoleadership.\nVendors,Data,&SystemsManagement\nOwnsupplierrelationshipsandperformance,includingscorecards,reviews,andcorrectiveactions.\nPartnerwithbusinessleadersandotherstakeholdersonsupplierstrategy,selection,contracts,rates,andcostoptimization.\nMaintainprogramcontrolswithLegal,PX,Procurement,andSecurity,ensuringrequiredreviews,approvals,documentation,andexceptionsaremanaged.\nDefinemetricsandreportingtomonitorworkforcepopulation,spend,supplierperformance,servicelevels,andrisk.\nUsedatatoguideimprovementsandpartnerwithvendorstostrengthenworkflows,dataquality,andsupportingsystems.\nRequired Qualifications:\n12+yearsofrelevantexperienceincontingentworkforcemanagement,workforceprograms,HR/PXoperations,procurement,orsuppliermanagement,includingdirectownershipofacontingentworkforceprogram.\nDemonstratedexperiencebuilding,scaling,ortransforminganenterprisecontingentworkforceprogram,withmeasurableimprovementsinoperations,governance,supplierperformance,orcost.\nExperienceindependentlyleadingcomplex,cross-functionalinitiativesfromproblemdefinitionthroughimplementationandongoingimprovement.\nStrongworkingknowledgeofagencyworker,independentcontractor,andSOWengagementmodels.\nExperienceestablishingprogramgovernance,processes,controls,servicestandards,andperformancemeasures.\nExperiencemanagingsuppliersandresolvingcomplexoperationalorstakeholderissues.\nAbilitytoanalyzeworkforce,supplier,orspenddataandturnfindingsintoactionablerecommendations.\nStrongcommunicationandinfluencingskills,withtheabilitytoadviseleadersanddriveaccountabilityacrossteams.\nAbilitytoworkindependentlywithbroaddirection,navigateambiguity,andbalancestrategicprioritieswithhands-onexecution.\nPreferred
